For more than 30 years, ethnophotographer and environmental leader Alvera Lyn Dickey has been fascinated with documenting the archaeological sites of Mesoamerica. A pictoralist with technical precision and refined artistic vision, her timeless images have captured the quintessence of each archaeological site. All of her photographs are taken with a professional medium format camera. She divides her time between homes in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala.
